SimpleCRM is a business platform operated by Mindset Affiliates. This policy explains what information we collect when you use simplecrm.ai and the SimpleCRM apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account and sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. When you sign in with an email login code, we use the email address you enter. We use these only to confirm who you are and to give you access.
• Information you enter. Contacts, notes, appointments, invoices, and other records you add to the apps belong to you and your business. We store them so the apps work.
• Usage information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the service secure and running.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To run, maintain, and improve the apps you use.
• To respond when you contact us or book a demo.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run SimpleCRM, such as Cloudflare for hosting and security and Google for sign-in, and only for that purpose. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information and the records you enter for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also revoke SimpleCRM's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.
